  First You Must Open....

The old style of selling was to "close". Find a way to close however you can! We have always heard ..."he/she is a great closer!"..."OUCH!"
 
  If you are still thinking that way, it is costing you alot of sales and even more money. If you think about that statement, it leaves out approximately 90% of the sales process.  
  At Watson Marketing Group our professional trainers will teach your people 100% of the sales process and techniques that are needed in today's market place. First you need to create an analysis that gives you a true picture of where you are today. Next, you must decide where you think you should be and where you want to advance to in numbers.

The reason we like to custom build a training program, is so we may help you with this analysis and then create a training program, based on our regular programs, but adapted to your specific needs at this time. We feel this is the only way to train your existing staff.

WHERE DO YOU STAND?
This question is not as easily answered as you may first think. You must look at your whole process as it fits in your corprate plan and company mission. We will need to briefly watch and interview all the people in the sales department and then build a program to suit your staff and achieve the results you desire. Remember, each individual in the sales department is a very different personality and as such, the training must adapt accordingly.

After this process is complete, we can go into what program we think will give you the best value and results. The cost to train in this manner is priced so that you can adapt your budget accoringly... all at once or over a short period of time. It is not recommended to stretch the training program out too long, for retension reasons.It is best to follow-up training to keep the staff on top of current information. That can be planned with you to suit your needs.
